3.1 Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

3.2 How to Return

Email us at support@duredrive.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

3.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3.4 Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items (unless defective on arrival)
• Gift cards
• Sale items marked as final sale

3.5 Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Email support@duredrive.com to arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

3.6 Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
